INTRODUCTION TO SOLANA BEACH

Just north of Del Mar and south of Encinitas sits the lovely coastal community of Solana Beach. With a population of 13,000, it’s large enough to be a city, yet small enough to get that hometown feel. Solana Beach is a relaxed, upscale coastal community known or its beautiful beaches, vibrant art scene, independent shops and restaurants and a healthy lifestyle. It attracts families, professionals and retirees - there’s a place or everyone! Located in coastal North County, it’s about 25 minutes to downtown San Diego, which can be easily accessed via 1-5. There is a mix of ages, with the significant portion being between 35 to 65. Income is higher than the San Diego average and Solana Beach is considered to be an affluent community. The major appeal here is unparalleled access to the beach, surfing, sunset and the quintessential California lifestyle!
