Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Wendy’s passion for real estate was shaped early. Raised by a father who was both a broker and developer, she sold fractional ownerships during college and took her first real estate course at 18. After relocating to the West Coast to pursue her education, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University—an academic foundation that deepened her understanding of people and laid the groundwork for her deeply relational approach to real estate.

Wendy’s expertise extends beyond the transaction. She is a seasoned investor and maintains a high-performing Airbnb in La Quinta CA, proudly holding both Superhost and Guest Favorite status. Known for her refined eye and creative vision, she has personally designed and remodeled numerous homes, offering clients an elevated perspective on staging, property presentation, and value enhancement.

A passionate traveler, she has explored dozens of destinations across six continents—from the ancient ruins of Peru to the beaches of Bali and the plains of Botswana. Her philanthropic work reflects her lifelong commitment to service. Wendy donates a portion of every commission to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, has raised thousands of dollars for breast cancer research through Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walks, and volunteers with organizations like Feeding San Diego, San Diego Homeless Youth, and Teen Volunteers in Action. Locally, she has served in numerous leadership roles—including  5 years as a Home Owner Association HOA board president, Solana Beach Parks & Recreation Commissioner, PTA board member, and Solana Beach Music Boosters president—supporting her community with the same care she gives her clients.
